Warranty Policy

Last updated: October 11, 2026

At Cazmore, we stand behind the quality of the products we offer. We want our customers to shop with confidence, knowing that we are committed to providing reliable products and fair solutions when something goes wrong.

This Warranty Policy explains the coverage available if a product develops a manufacturing defect, experiences a qualifying fault, or does not perform as reasonably expected under normal intended use.

Our warranty is provided in addition to any statutory consumer rights that may apply to your purchase.

1. 90-Day Warranty Coverage

Unless otherwise stated on the product page, eligible Cazmore products are covered by a 90-day limited warranty from the date of delivery.

This warranty generally covers qualifying manufacturing, material, and workmanship defects arising under normal intended use.

Warranty coverage may apply where a product:

  • Arrives with a manufacturing defect.
  • Stops functioning correctly under normal intended use because of a qualifying defect.
  • Develops a material or workmanship fault.
  • Contains defective components affecting its intended functionality.

If your product arrives damaged, incorrect, or materially different from its description, please also contact us. These issues may be covered by our Returns & Refunds Policy and applicable consumer protection laws.

If you believe your product qualifies for warranty assistance, please contact our customer support team with your order details and relevant evidence.

2. What Is Not Covered

Our voluntary warranty does not normally cover damage or deterioration caused by:

  • Accidents, drops, or impacts.
  • Misuse or improper handling.
  • Incorrect assembly or installation.
  • Normal wear and tear.
  • Improper cleaning, storage, or maintenance.
  • Unauthorized modifications or repairs.
  • Use outside the product's intended purpose.
  • Cosmetic damage occurring after delivery through normal use or accidental handling.
  • Damage resulting from failure to follow applicable product instructions.

These exclusions apply only to our voluntary warranty and do not remove or restrict any mandatory consumer rights.

3. How to Make a Warranty Claim

To submit a warranty claim, please contact our customer support team.

Email: cazmorehome@gmail.com

You can also contact us through our Contact Us page.

Please provide:

  • Your full name.
  • Order number.
  • Email address used during checkout.
  • A description of the problem.
  • Clear photographs or videos showing the issue, where reasonably possible.

For products that arrive damaged, defective, incorrect, or incomplete, we encourage customers to contact us within 7 days of delivery, where possible, so we can investigate and resolve the issue promptly.

This 7-day notification request does not limit any statutory rights relating to faulty, damaged, or misdescribed products.

4. Warranty Claim Review and Resolution

Once we receive your warranty claim, our support team will review the information provided.

We may request additional details or evidence where reasonably necessary to assess the issue.

For approved warranty claims, an appropriate resolution may include:

  • A replacement product.
  • A replacement component.
  • A full refund.
  • A partial refund.
  • Store credit, where agreed and legally permitted.
  • Another suitable resolution.

The appropriate solution will depend on the product, the nature of the defect, product availability, warranty coverage, and applicable consumer law.

Where a physical return is required for an approved warranty claim, Cazmore will cover reasonable return shipping costs.

Any remedies required by applicable consumer protection law will take priority over the options described in this voluntary warranty.

5. Replacement Products

If a warranty claim is approved and a replacement is appropriate, we may provide the same product, subject to availability.

If the original product is no longer available, we may offer a comparable alternative with your agreement.

If a suitable replacement cannot be provided, we may offer a refund or another appropriate resolution.

Customers will not be required to accept a materially different substitute without their agreement.

Any replacement arrangement will comply with applicable consumer protection laws.

6. Low-Value Products

For certain lower-value products, physically returning a defective item may not be practical or cost-effective.

In these circumstances, Cazmore may review a claim using photographs, videos, or other reasonable supporting information.

Depending on the circumstances, we may provide:

  • A full refund.
  • A partial refund.
  • A replacement product.
  • Store credit, where agreed and legally permitted.

We may offer these resolutions without requiring the original product to be physically returned.

Please do not dispose of an item while a warranty claim is being reviewed unless instructed by our support team.

7. Warranty and Returns

Our 90-day limited product warranty is separate from our 30-day Returns & Refunds Policy.

The two policies serve different purposes.

30-Day Returns & Refunds Policy

This policy covers eligible return requests made within 30 days of delivery, including qualifying change-of-mind returns and other circumstances described in our returns policy.

90-Day Limited Warranty

This warranty primarily covers qualifying manufacturing, material, and workmanship defects occurring during the warranty period under normal intended use.

Customers may have additional statutory rights beyond either of these periods.

For complete return and refund information, please review our Returns & Refunds Policy.

8. Statutory Consumer Rights

This 90-day warranty is an additional voluntary commercial guarantee provided by Cazmore.

It does not replace, restrict, reduce, or remove any statutory consumer rights available under the laws applicable to your purchase.

Depending on your country or region, you may have legal rights to a repair, replacement, price reduction, refund, or other remedy if a product is faulty, misdescribed, or does not meet applicable quality requirements.

For example, UK consumer protection law may provide remedies for qualifying faulty goods beyond the first 90 days after delivery.

Where applicable consumer law provides stronger protections or longer periods for claiming remedies, those legal rights will continue to apply regardless of this voluntary warranty.
